  • Include your name. 
  • Order number
  • which item you would like to return in order to obtain a return authorization number and return address
  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be returned in original condition. Any return that does not meet this requirement will be sent back to the customer; we do not sell used merchandise.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

Return products

To ensure security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain a receipt. Joanie Kay's Unique Boutique will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned that do not follow the return process will be returned back to the customer.

Verification of Return and Store Credit

  • All requests will be processed and inspected to verify the condition of the item.  Return store credit takes approximately 2-4 weeks.  

Online Purchase

  • Sale items, jewelry, perishables, artwork and personalized items are final sale and are not returnable.  
  • We do not offer refunds only store credit.
